• As the primary caregiver and MDS coordinator, you share responsibility for the care process.
• Ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI/RUG system, including documentation.

• You are an open personality with experience in long-term care.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of palliative care and the RAI/RUG system or are willing to acquire it.
• You have very good oral and written German skills and understand the Swiss German language.
