Responsibilities

Competent care and support of residents according to your qualifications.
Contact person for employees in assistant roles, trainees, and interns.
As the primary caregiver and MDS coordinator, you share responsibility for the care process.
Ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI/RUG system, including documentation.

Requirements Profile

You are an open personality with experience in long-term care.
Ideally, you have knowledge of palliative care and the RAI/RUG system or are willing to acquire it.
You have very good oral and written German skills and understand the Swiss German language.
Accompanying trainees as a vocational trainer as well as promoting and learning in the team brings you joy and rounds off your profile.
