Description
We are looking for our "CVSER Works Management" division in Lausanne and/or Fribourg, particularly for a project in Bulle:
Trainee Construction Site Manager CVSER (4-6 months) (M/F)
Your profile:
- Student or recent graduate in building engineering, building technologies or in a technical training focused on CVSER (HES/ES, engineering school or equivalent training)
- Strong interest in construction site management and in complex and/or large-scale CVSER projects (industrial, hospital, etc.)
- Good communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment of teamwork
- Adaptability, rigour, curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Motivation and willingness to commit to the profession of works management
Your role:
- Assist site managers in monitoring quality, costs and deadlines
- Participate in the planning, coordination and monitoring of CVSER contractors' work
- Participate in the administrative, contractual and financial monitoring of CVSER contractors, under the supervision of the site manager
- Contribute to monitoring compliance with safety rules on site
- Participate in organising receptions, technical commissioning and follow-up of defect rectifications
