Lawyer (m/f/d)
from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement- You independently handle legal remedy procedures within the department's area of responsibility.
- You prepare legal opinions and conduct legal clarifications for the department management, offices, and other administrative units.
- You provide legal advice to various stakeholder groups.
- You participate in strategic projects and working groups, such as legislative procedures.
- You have a completed university degree (MLaw or lic.iur.).
- Preferably, you bring professional experience in handling legal remedies.
- You are interested in constitutional and administrative law, especially in the areas of social assistance law, municipal law, and citizenship law.
- You enjoy working independently, remain decisive even in complex and unclear issues, think purposefully, and are accustomed to participating in project organisations.
- You possess strong analytical skills, a quick grasp, and precise expression in both spoken and written language.
- You enjoy exchanging ideas within a team and contribute your knowledge and experience to discussions.
- You contribute to ensuring and further developing the application of law in important, politically sensitive areas of our canton.
- Challenging issues from diverse areas, links to current developments, and involvement in the central hub of the department.
