We are looking for an Accountant specialised in PPE for a permanent position to be filled as soon as possible.

Property Management Accountant for PPE

Your duties will include:

- Accounting management and closing of condominium property statements
- Posting and reconciling various accounts
- Allocating charges across different departments and companies
- Preparing VAT statements
- Preparing year-end closing documents for audits and auditors
- Entering and paying supplier invoices
- Various administrative tasks related to the role

- Degree in accounting or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in property accounting
- Position based in Lausanne, on-site
