Mission

Responsibilities
Support people with mental disabilities, associated disorders, and autism spectrum disorders
Provide assistance to residents in basic care and daily living activities
Perform delegated medical and technical care acts related to your level of competence
Enhance the implementation of individual and community projects, promoting the integration of families and the therapeutic network
Collaborate in the development of educational strategies adapted to the different needs of residents for an aging population presenting challenging behaviors
Participate in the selection, organization, and facilitation of leisure and relaxation activities
Strong interest in the development of new projects related to sensory approaches and communication tools
Ensure certain administrative tasks related to residents and the educational team
Desired Profile
Degree in social education HES – ES – ASE
Experience or strong interest in psychiatric care and supporting aging individuals
Ease in teamwork and communication, report writing and assessments, organization and sharing of tasks; reliability
Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs
Driving license category B
