Type of Work

The tasks are broadly divided into approximately 60% audit mandates, 20% fiduciary and tax mandates, and 20% fiduciary consulting mandates. The tasks in detail:
- statutory and limited audits, group financial statement audits, special audits according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
- mergers and restructurings, special audits,
- internal audits, project audits, compliance audits, special investigations
- tax advice for companies, international tax advice, tax advice for corporate transactions,
- taxes for private individuals.
- financial accounting with financial statements, planning, reporting,
- payroll mandates and personnel administration.
- advice on digital solutions and process workflows
- corporate and financial consulting, business valuations and succession mandates in the SME environment.

Requirements Profile

- You hold a diploma as a certified public accountant or certified fiduciary expert with authorisation as an audit expert
- as part of a succession arrangement, a young expert (female or male) is sought who would be interested in training for a succession position.
- the absolute generalist is sought, who enjoys working very broadly in the SME sector with national and international mandates. A possible succession will be absolutely realistic and feasible in 2, 3 or 4 years.
- it would also be possible to start with a reduced workload, e.g. 80%, and then increase it to 100%.
