Brief & Concise

• Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver top performance in all areas
• Willingness to take responsibility and guide team members
• Strong understanding of quality and hygiene
• Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ or comparable three-year vocational training in gastronomy
• Proven experience as Chef de Partie, ideally in the upscale segment
• Enjoyment of variety, innovation and sustainability
• Resilient, reliable, team-oriented
• Very good English skills as the company language
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, demanding environment

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring exceptional service and embodying our values: authenticity, precision and attention to detail
• Contributing to a passionate and committed team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
• Responsibility for smooth operations in your area and adherence to the highest quality standards
• Leading and managing the assigned station
• Coordinating and monitoring workflows and quality
• Training and leading the Demi Chef de Partie and Commis de Cuisine
• Proactive implementation of sustainable food concepts
• Independent quality and hygiene control
