Tool Grinder (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Precise grinding and manufacturing of special and prototype thread tools
• Programming, setting up and optimising the ANCA TapX 7-axis as well as other multi-channel CNC machines (turning, milling and multitask centres)
• Planning, execution and documentation of manufacturing trials to further develop thread technology
• First-piece and process inspections with modern measuring systems; participation in the qualification of internal threads
• Monitoring and continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes to increase quality and efficiency
• Machine maintenance, servicing and cleaning; manufacturing of prototypes
• Creating and maintaining technical documents and data sheets (Word, Excel, SAP)
• Close collaboration with specialists; guidance and training of new team members

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or production mechanic
• Several years of experience with CNC machines; ideally knowledge of grinding software (e.g. ToolRoom RN34) and controls such as Siemens, Fanuc or Mitsubishi
• Confident reading, interpreting and implementing technical drawings
• Experience with testing equipment and routine application in quality assurance
• Proficient use of MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Independent, precise and responsible working style
• Flexibility, resilience as well as strong team and communication skills
• Structured, analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
