We are looking for someone from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement:

Deputy Head of Hospitality and Housekeeping 70-80%

Your main tasks include

• Professional leadership of the cleaning team with 3 employees
• Taking on projects to further develop the area
• Ensuring quality assurance in customer orders
• Creating deployment plans for employees and clients
• Assuming the management role during the absence of the Head of Hospitality and Housekeeping
• Active participation in the work areas
• Supporting and accompanying clients in their individual development and learning process
• Preparing content for educational and IV reports
• Interdisciplinary collaboration

We expect

• Training as a department head in hospitality and housekeeping or as an operations manager in facility management
• Leadership experience
• Experience in vocational training of young adults, preferably in pedagogical work
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and skilled in administrative tasks
• Responsible, resilient, and proactive personality with an independent and reliable working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action
• Driving licence category B
