Your tasks

• You take overall responsibility for the further development, growth and strategic as well as operational orientation of our company to ensure success, profitability and competitiveness.
• You represent our company externally, actively maintain our network and work the market to acquire new projects. In doing so, you successfully position Karl Waechter AG in the market, identify new business opportunities and unlock sustainable growth potential.
• You sustainably expand our customer base, develop long-term customer relationships and work closely with clients, architects, suppliers and your team.
• You consistently develop and implement growth strategies.
• You lead projects in the field of heating and sanitary systems (residential construction, commercial & services) and are responsible for all project phases from consultation and planning through budgeting to implementation and completion.

What you bring with you

• You have completed a technical or commercial training and ideally have further business management education.
• You have several years of leadership experience in an HVAC, building technology or craft environment as well as proven success in business development and staff management.
• You have sound knowledge in the HVAC sector as well as in service and project business, think entrepreneurially, recognise market opportunities and understand how to successfully combine growth, customer orientation and profitability.
• You convince with strong communication and leadership skills and are able to motivate, develop and lead employees through change.
• You think entrepreneurially, work analytically and structured, act solution-oriented and decisively and are willing to be on the road in the region and accompany projects on site.
