Managing Director (m/f/d)
You are responsible for the personnel, organisational and business management of the company. An important focus lies in the management of demanding projects in the field of heating and building technology, from tendering through planning to implementation as well as quality and cost control. Furthermore, you are responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships with architects, engineers, builders and suppliers. A solid technical education in the field of
heating or building technology
ideally complemented by further advanced training (e.g. higher technical college, federal diploma or master craftsman diploma) as well as business management knowledge is required. You have several years of experience in the heating industry and in managing corresponding projects as well as initial or already solid leadership experience, for example as a team leader, department head or deputy. Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, organisational skills and a confident manner in customer contact are further important personal requirements. In addition, you convince as a leadership personality who leads their employees with clear goals, drive and a positive attitude.
