Who are we?
Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 180 living spaces available in different settings. Furthermore, we offer protected workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured.
To support our teams during personnel shortages or absences, we have a dedicated float pool. Deployments are on call, voluntary, and offer a lot of flexibility. The scope and frequency of deployments can vary greatly. There is no mutual obligation to accept or assign deployments.
