Childcare Educator ES at 100%

To complete its educational team, the Barbotine nursery is looking for a 100% ES educator for the Big group (30 months to school entry).

Start date: 1st February 2027

Your mission:

• Ensure a welcoming environment favourable to the flourishing and development of each child, emotionally, cognitively, socially, culturally while ensuring their health
• Ensure the optimal functioning of the facility by providing a quality socio-educational service
• Maintain an internal working atmosphere conducive to the smooth running of the facility
• Manage relations with parents
• Collaborate with the educational team
• Actively participate and invest in the institution's projects
• Respect the facility's operations
• Support the child in their development by conducting individual follow-ups (meetings with families, writing reports)

Your profile:

• Holder of an ES level diploma or equivalent recognised by SEFRI
• Experience in early childhood care
• Complete autonomy and a collaborative spirit
• Good listening and observation skills
• Adaptability, availability and flexibility
• Having FEE/FPP training is an advantage
