Prosenio offers at three locations (Ennetbaden, Nussbaumen, Würenlos) in the Baden region a varied range of services and a secure home to 120 elderly residents as well as 15 apartment residents. The offer includes rehabilitation and holiday stays, trial living, permanent stays, as well as 24-hour immediate admission in a personal and warm environment of manageable size.

Employee / Domestic Staff (50 - 100%)

• Independent completion of maintenance, basic and isolation cleaning in residents' rooms and public areas, mainly at the Ennetbaden location and occasionally in Nussbaumen and Würenlos
• Occasionally independently carrying out all tasks in the laundry process (collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, distributing)
• Plant care
• Cleaning of machines and equipment
• Material distribution and disposal
• Compliance with and implementation of quality and hygiene standards
• Participation in the induction of new employees and in the supervision of trainees or interns
• Support of cooperative and loyal collaboration within the team as well as with interdisciplinary services

• Experience in domestic tasks or cleaning desired
• Understanding of the needs of elderly people
• Very good German skills (at least level A2) as well as good understanding of Swiss German
• Independence, flexibility, resilience, reliability, honesty
• Driving licence category B desirable
• Good manners and empathy
