Technical Building Maintenance Employee 100%

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and operation: Ensuring trouble-free operation of all technical systems through regular inspections and maintenance work according to the maintenance plan and taking into account current technical standards
• Fault management: Processing incoming tickets as well as independent analysis and resolution of technical faults
• Administration tools: Maintenance and updating of our CAFM system as well as order management
• Project management: Support with external projects by: Creating requirements and reviewing offers Supervising and monitoring external service providers during implementation Assisting with project execution in collaboration with the technical manager and in coordination with the client and internal guidelines
• Material management: Monitoring material and spare parts inventory as well as timely reordering
• Optimisation: Identifying improvement potentials and developing sustainable optimisation measures
• Technical rooms: Responsibility for cleanliness, order and flawless functionality of all technical rooms
• On-call duty: Participation in on-call service (night and weekend duty) according to deployment planning
• Disposal: Proper separation, disposal and provision of waste according to internal guidelines as well as legal environmental and safety regulations
• Logistics: Support with logistical tasks, especially internal transports, material provision and coordination of deliveries

Your profile:

Education: Completed technical basic training in the field of building technology (e.g. certified electrician EFZ, certified plumber EFZ or comparable qualification)

Professional experience: At least three years of experience in a similar role or correspondingly proven training or further education

Professional qualifications:

• NIV permit according to Art. 13 or 15 is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
