Purchasing Data Specialist (M/F) 80 - 100%
Active in Western Switzerland, we help our clients realise their projects by providing comprehensive, efficient and sustainable energy solutions, whether it be electricity and heat production and distribution, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning or water treatment. The Finance and IT Department provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, purchasing and asset management, as well as IT services.
Mission:
- Ensure the quality, reliability and governance of purchasing data to provide a solid basis for strategic decisions;
- Design and develop dashboards, performance indicators and analyses (spend, savings, forecasts) to support purchasing management;
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and automate processes through digital solutions (Power Automate, RPA, ERP D365);
- Act as Key User of the Purchasing module of the ERP by providing level 2 support and participating in tool evolutions and testing phases;
- Work closely with Purchasing, IT, Finance and business teams to harmonise data, coordinate needs and ensure process consistency across the Group;
- Ensure the consistency and updating of the purchasing document library, as well as prepare and coordinate internal and external audits by guaranteeing compliance, traceability and availability of information.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics or equivalent training;
- Experience in a Purchasing environment and/or in creating dashboards and reporting tools is an asset;
- Excellent command of Power BI, advanced Excel (Power Query), SQL, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and the Microsoft Office suite;
- Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, organisational skills and ease in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
