Building Services Planner Heating with Project Management Function HVAC (80–100%)

Planelement GmbH is an independent engineering office for building services based in Winterthur. We design heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems. As a small, well-coordinated team, we value clear structures, pragmatic solutions, and high professional quality. Decisions are made directly, without long delays.

Your Tasks

• Independent planning of heating systems across several SIA phases
• Creating concepts, principle diagrams, and technical solutions
• Dimensioning and design of systems
• Preparation of tender documents and participation in awarding contracts
• Independent handling of projects (deadlines, quality, costs)
• Coordination with internal departments as well as external planners and contractors
• Contact person for architects and clients

Your Profile

• Basic training as a building services planner heating EFZ
• Further education as a technician HF specialising in heating is an advantage
• Several years of experience in heating planning
• Experience in independently handling projects
• Structured, reliable, and responsible working style
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and driving projects forward
• Strong communication skills in dealing with various project participants
