Davidoff & Cie SA, based in Geneva (Switzerland), is a 100% subsidiary of the Oettinger Davidoff Group and employs around 60 staff. Under the name "Davidoff of Geneva since 1911" and "Zigarren Dürr" it operates 16 specialist tobacco shops in Switzerland as well as an e-commerce shop. The shops are located in Basel, Bern, Geneva, Glattbrugg, Lucerne, Pfäffikon, Schaffhausen, St. Moritz, Winterthur, Würenlos, Zug and Zurich. In addition to the premium cigar brands Davidoff, AVO, Camacho, Cusano, Griffin's, Zino and various other cigars from around the world, the company also offers tobacco products and accessories such as S.T. Dupont as well as spirits.
Sales Advisor (m/f/d) 60% / Branch: Würenlos
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for active and friendly advice to our customers as well as conducting competent sales discussions
- You will also operate the cash register exemplary and properly prepare the cash closing and cash accounting
- You will check incoming goods and create invoices and credit notes via the cash register system
- With your creative flair, you can attractively decorate our windows, display cases and sales areas
- You are also responsible for the maintenance of the furnishings and technical aids (e.g. humidor) and ensure the cleanliness of the branch
- Furthermore, you handle repairs and complaint processing according to specifications, wrap gifts, refill lighters, change flints and assist with inventories
Qualifications and Experience
- You have completed retail training and have already gained several years of sales experience
- Your high motivation, reliability and flexibility make you a perfect fit for our team
- You have a communicative, service-oriented manner and can successfully collaborate with various stakeholders
- Targeted communication in German and English (spoken/written) comes easily to you – additional languages are always welcome
- Your friendly, team-oriented and proactive personality as well as a neat appearance complete your profile
