Head of Technical Operations & Projects 80-100%

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the technical operational readiness of production equipment, technical systems, buildings, and infrastructure
• Management of the Technical Service and internal logistics
• Planning and implementation of operational projects, investments, conversions, and optimisations – from specification to commissioning
• Analysis and optimisation of performance, capacities, efficiency, and energy consumption together with the operations management team
• Ensuring maintenance, servicing, and repairs as well as sustainable reduction of failures and downtime
• Responsibility for occupational safety as well as technical protection and safety measures
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, NEM, and food requirements
• Responsible for technical CAPA measures / Change Control
• Identification and implementation of process and efficiency optimisations in operations to increase productivity

Your Profile

• Technical basic training with further education at HF/FH level or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in technical operations, maintenance, and/or technical project management in a production company
• Leadership experience as well as strong organisational and coordination skills
• Knowledge of a regulated production environment (Pharma/GMP, food or comparable) is an advantage
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and structured working style as well as high cost, quality, and safety awareness
• Very good German skills and good English skills

In this versatile leadership role, you will work closely with the management as well as the heads of Bulk Production and Packaging and actively shape the technical development of our site in Lengnau.
