Responsibilities:

• You lead and support your Heating & Sanitary team with appreciation, openness and a good sense of people. You promote the individual strengths of your employees and create a motivating working environment.
• You take on the technical, organisational and economic responsibility for the Heating & Sanitary division and actively shape its further development.
• You coordinate day-to-day business, plan personnel resources proactively and ensure efficient and well-coordinated processes together with your team.
• You accompany interesting and varied heating and sanitary projects from planning to successful implementation and support your team with technical and organisational questions.
• You maintain personal contact with existing customers, build trusting relationships and identify new opportunities for successful collaboration.
• You promote cross-departmental cooperation and contribute your ideas to the development of innovative, intelligently networked building technology solutions.
• As an important leader, you help shape the operational development of Enertech AG and have the opportunity to contribute at executive board level in the future.

Profile:

We are not looking for a pure desk manager, but a team player with leadership qualities, passion and a genuine hands-on mentality.

• You have a solid education in heating or sanitary, ideally complemented by further training as a master craftsman, HF technician, FH engineer or a comparable qualification.
• You bring experience in project management as well as in the implementation of heating and/or sanitary projects.
• You enjoy leading, motivating people and making a difference together with your team.
• Social skills, down-to-earth attitude and a hands-on mentality characterise you. You communicate at eye level, gladly take responsibility and are willing to pitch in when needed.
• You think entrepreneurially, appreciate short decision-making paths and are enthusiastic about innovative technologies and the building technology of tomorrow.
