To strengthen and relieve our customer service in Niederwangen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and motivated individual as

Service Advisor 100%.

In this varied and responsible role, you will look after and advise our customers from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover. As an important interface between the workshop and customers, you ensure the smooth running of service and repair orders.

Your tasks include:

• Competent advice and support for our customers
• Planning and coordination of workshop capacity
• Recording and monitoring of repair and service orders
• Ongoing information to customers about repair scope, costs and dates
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and transparent communication
• Close cooperation with the workshop, spare parts warehouse and sales

 You bring with you

• Completed vocational training and experience in the automotive industry
• Professional experience as a service advisor is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as oral French or English skills
• Enthusiasm for the BMW and MINI brands
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Friendly, confident and professional demeanour
• Organisational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Team spirit, resilience and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
