Your Tasks

You independently manage your projects – from planning to successful handover.

Independent handling of projects in new construction, conversion, drywall as well as in classic plastering work

Responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality

Preparation of measurements, invoices and addenda

Leadership, coordination and motivation of employees and subcontractors

Organisation of construction sites as well as planning of personnel and material resources

Central contact person for clients, architects and other trades

Post-calculation and proper project completion

Support of the department head in operational day-to-day business

Your Profile

Completed training in the main construction trade (e.g. plasterer, foreman or site manager)

Several years of professional experience in plastering / drywall

Experience in project management or motivation to take the next career step

Good knowledge of measurement and billing

Independent, structured working style and strong sense of responsibility

Leadership skills and decisiveness

Very good German language skills

Driving licence category B
