On behalf of one of our client companies active in the industrial sector and to complete our team, we are looking for:

CNC TURNER TECHNICAL EXPERT & TOOLING SPECIALIST 100%

Your mission:

• Independently ensure ISO programming, start-ups and full adjustments of CNC turning machines.
• Guarantee mastery of manufacturing processes for very small and high-precision components.
• Master machining requirements on various technical materials.
• Develop and optimise tooling solutions, machining strategies and cutting conditions.
• Ensure production monitoring while respecting protocols.
• Guarantee quality, process stability and dimensional and aesthetic conformity of produced parts.
• Analyse technical issues, identify causes of deviations and implement adaptable solutions.
• Be proactive in improving processes, manufacturing methods, cycle times and overall performance.
• Actively participate in technical projects and the evolution of production means.
• Contribute to the coordination and good organisation of production activities, working closely with the production manager.

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as Turner, Polymechanic, Micromechanic, Precision Mechanic or equivalent training.
• Several years of essential industrial experience, with proven expertise in precision turning.
• Excellent mastery of ISO CNC programming and complete autonomy in start-ups and adjustments.
• Very good mastery and autonomy working on CNC turning machines.
• Confirmed knowledge in tooling, choice of cutting tools, geometry, cutting conditions and process optimisation.
• Ability to handle complex technical issues and propose relevant solutions.
• You are a passionate professional, recognised for your technical mastery and experience.
• You have excellent analytical skills and a global vision of production challenges.
• You are naturally proactive and actively participate in continuous improvement.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• You are able to take a step back, participate in technical decisions, and become a technical reference if necessary.
• Residence in Switzerland preferred.
