Respectful and committed with head, heart and hand – that is what sumia stands for. In our senior center in Sumiswald, we offer 130 residents a personal and safe home in the rural Emmental. Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers are passionately committed daily to the well-being of our residents.

• Co-responsibility for situational, professionally competent care and support of our residents with dementia
• Taking over daily responsibility after thorough introduction
• Care documentation in careCoach
• Collaboration in the further development of the care area
• Completion of administrative tasks

• Completed training at secondary level in the care sector and enjoyment of long-term care
• Appreciative basic attitude
• Strong affinity for working with people
• Openness and team-oriented thinking and acting
