You will
- handle inheritances and estates comprehensively – from checking the legitimisation documents to approving payments and account reconciliations
- process guardianships
- handle enquiries from debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices
- issue confirmations, conduct complex research and manage edition orders
- take on tasks in the customer area (e.g. dunning, bank-held correspondence, unclaimed assets)
- support our front-line employees as a competent contact person and maintain telephone and written contact with heirs
You bring
- a completed commercial basic training (preferably in the banking or notary environment)
- conversational French skills
- an independent, careful and precise way of working
- a communicative, team-oriented and decisive personality with high resilience and diligence
