You will

handle inheritances and estates comprehensively – from checking the legitimisation documents to approving payments and account reconciliations
process guardianships
handle enquiries from debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices
issue confirmations, conduct complex research and manage edition orders
take on tasks in the customer area (e.g. dunning, bank-held correspondence, unclaimed assets)
support our front-line employees as a competent contact person and maintain telephone and written contact with heirs

You bring

a completed commercial basic training (preferably in the banking or notary environment)
conversational French skills
an independent, careful and precise way of working
a communicative, team-oriented and decisive personality with high resilience and diligence
