MEASUREMENT SPECIALIST - on site
- Define measurement methods
- Define appropriate measurement setups
- Ensure the integration of measurement tools in production
- Support the realisation of capabilities (MSA)
- Ensure traceability of measurements
- Understand GD&T dimensioning
- Train and support colleagues on measurement equipment
- Participate in the improvement of measurement processes
- Provide support for FSTR files
- Establish and standardise measurement programmes on: Keyence / Hexagon / Vertex
- Analyse errors related to measurement programmes
- Order measurement tools (gauge blocks, master rings, etc.)
- Insert new measurement tools into the GMS database
- Provide expertise during analysis of unidentified issues
- Higher technical education (technical school, ES, BTS or equivalent)
- Quality assurance certification (TQ1); specialisation in metrology is an advantage
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment, ideally in the watchmaking sector
- Excellent command of automatic and manual measurement equipment
- Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Good command of common IT tools, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Analytical mindset, rigour and quality orientation
Very good knowledge of French and/or German with knowledge of the other language; knowledge of English is an advantage.
