Job Description

• Care and support of people with severe autism and challenging behaviour

• Professional handling of self-harm and harm to others

• Administration of care, medication, and therapies

• Documentation and assurance of care quality

• Interdisciplinary collaboration

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF or FH.

• Several years of experience with severely autistic people and challenging behaviour is an advantage.

• Experience in dealing with self-harm and harm to others

• Resilience and confidence in crisis situations

• High social competence and ability to work in a team

• Very good German language skills

• Willingness for long working days and weekend shifts

• Driving licence and own car required (workplace in a mountainous area, limited public transport access)
