• You ensure the high-quality and quantitative care of our inpatient residents
• You act supportively and take on the daily responsibility for the nursing area
• You ensure an optimal operational process and the nursing process in everyday life
• You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic nursing documentation
• You are the contact person for residents, relatives, and other interest groups such as doctors, pharmacists, etc.
• You contribute to continuous improvement and development and ensure high resident satisfaction
• You support the management team and have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the further development of our house
• You assist in the training of our apprentices
• You recognize emergency situations and know how to proceed

• You have completed HF or FH training
