Your tasks- Presence in the pool area and excellent guest service according to LQA standards
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the entire pool area
- Friendly and professional interaction with guests, competent answering of questions about the spa and hotel, conducting tours as well as welcoming all guests
- Recording and forwarding guest requests or complaints to the spa reception or management
Your profile
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the spa area
- Strong sales skills and service orientation
- High willingness to learn and motivation for further development
- Very good oral language skills in German and English, additional language skills are an advantage
- Experience in a comparable position with verifiable certificates / further training
