The Merian Iselin Clinic is a state-of-the-art private clinic in Basel, specializing in treatments in the fields of orthopedics, surgery, and urology.

Your main tasks

• You will carry out and coordinate administrative tasks/correspondence in various areas of patient administration
• You will process outpatient and inpatient cases from registration to billing and support in report management
• You will communicate with patients, attending physicians, health insurance companies, and internal departments
• You will have the chance to work in many exciting areas and share responsibility for your tasks

Your training path

• Before the internship starts: mandatory trial day to get to know the team and the work (half a day)
• Commercial internship in healthcare, duration 1 year

You bring

• Reliability and motivation to contribute in an exciting work environment and learn new things
• Communication skills, high comprehension ability, and the ability to work concentrated and accurately
• High willingness to collaborate with the team, while also having the ability to work independently
• A respectful and friendly manner in dealing with people
• Completed school part of the business school, with an average grade in promotion subjects of at least 4.5
