The Landgasthof Boutique Hotel and Restaurant in Riehen consists of 19 hotel rooms with breakfast service, a restaurant with over 80 seats, 2 terraces, 2 seminar rooms and 1 banquet hall for up to 300 people.

You have completed vocational training as a chef EFZ or have many years of professional experience in the à la carte and banquet sector

German and French spoken

Your tasks:

Preparation of dishes in the hot kitchen à la carte and banquet

Organisation and coordination of your own station

Inventory monitoring and orders for your station

Mise-en-place tasks

Adherence to hygiene standards

Ensuring quality standards
