Customer Care Specialist Sea Freight (m/f/d)
As part of our operational teams, you are primarily responsible for ensuring that everything arrives at the right place at the right time and that our customers feel well cared for. With your commitment, you keep supply chains running and find the right solution for every challenge. Whether medicines, toys, or important machine parts – thanks to you, products reach people all over the world. This way, you not only deliver goods but also enable the small and big moments of life. - Comprehensive customer care in the sea freight sector and promotion of long-term, partnership-based customer relationships
- Handling customer enquiries and preparing offers
- Managing order processing from order acceptance through document verification to shipment completion
- Integration and maintenance of customer data as well as preparation of reports for analysing and optimising our service
- Close cooperation with operational departments, sales, and carriers
- Expansion of our existing customers’ portfolio, development of new business, and customer recovery
- Completed training in forwarding/logistics or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in sea freight
- Confident use of MS Office programmes
- Independent, team-oriented, and service-oriented working style
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills, and high service and customer orientation
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French is an advantage
