- Co-responsibility for the production of meals for patients, employees, external guests of the three restaurants
- Knowledge in the area of à la Carte and communal catering
- Consistent adherence to guidelines, processes, hygiene and safety standards
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as well as occasional evening shifts
