Job Description

• Ensuring stable, secure and group-compliant operation of system and infrastructure platforms
• Implementation, compliance and further development of group guidelines, standards and architectural principles in the system environment
• Handling 1st and 2nd level support requests including analysis, resolution and escalation
• Support in operation, administration and maintenance of ICT services, workplace systems and infrastructure components
• Participation in the installation, configuration and support of hardware and software as well as system adjustments and rollouts
• Maintenance and further development of documentation, operational documents and support knowledge
• Collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operation
• Participation in projects

Qualifications

• Completed training as an ICT specialist or computer scientist EFZ, ideally with a focus on system technology or equivalent training
• Practical experience in ICT support or system administration
• Good knowledge of the M365 environment as well as the operational use of Microsoft products
• Team-oriented with a structured, independent and precise working style
• Trustworthy personality with enthusiasm for new tasks
• High service orientation and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in implementing standards and a sustainable, documented working method
• Good German and English skills, French is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and desire to develop further
