To complement our globally active Life-Cycle Management Team in the Bus & Trolley division, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic Keyboard Hero as Troubleshooter at the Bellach site.

As a Keyboard Hero, you will rock, among other things, customer enquiries, complaints and the deployment planning of service technicians. Don’t hesitate – we look forward to hearing from you!

Your Tasks

• Handling customer enquiries and complaints in German and French
• Planning and organising the assignments of service technicians
• Coordination with customers/suppliers as well as with internal departments
• Ensuring warranty processing with suppliers
• Sales of services to customers including quotation and invoicing
• Internal communication for the continuous improvement process

Our Requirements

• Basic technical training as an automotive mechatronics technician for commercial vehicles, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic
• Commercial training advantageous or willingness to undertake
• Good language skills in German/French mandatory (English advantageous)
• High organisational skills even in hectic situations
• Vehicle knowledge of buses advantageous
• Flexibility is expected and offered
• Independent working
• Advanced conflict management skills
• Good communication skills
