YOUR MISSION

• You are enthusiastic about professionally and trustfully managing customer relationships.
• Can you convince customers of new services and solutions?
• Share your creativity with us to further develop the role of the customer advisor.
• You recognize the need for new service demands and ensure that the offered services meet customer needs.
• You carry out marketing-specific, sales-promoting measures.
• You identify and implement market developments, monitor customer portfolios and usage, and fulfill various administrative tasks.
• You accompany customer events stylishly and charmingly.

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• A completed degree and professional experience in Social Work / Psychology / Health Promotion & Prevention, HR (or comparable fields).
• You are an entrepreneurially minded personality with enthusiasm for customer care in various industries and the further development and communication of our broad range of services.
• You are extremely service-oriented, authentic, and reliable, have consulting experience and professional know-how in corporate health management.
• Your negotiation and communication skills, as well as your winning personality, high independence, problem-solving ability, and quality-conscious working style characterize you.
• You have proficient skills in MS Office and ERP systems (Abacus is an advantage) and are fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Additional languages are an advantage.
