Role:
Our Rocken partner offers you the opportunity to take on a key role as a Property Manager (m/f/d) in managing an attractive property portfolio. If you want to take responsibility and have a talent for organisation, this position is just right for you.
Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Conducting viewings and concluding rental agreements
- Regular monitoring of the structural condition of the properties
- Planning and implementation of maintenance measures
- Preparation of annual budgets and cost control
- Negotiation and communication with owners, tenants, and external partners
- Organisation and participation in owners' meetings
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or in the real estate sector
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Knowledge of real estate accounting and budget planning
- Independent and structured working style as well as high service orientation
- Very good German language skills spoken and written
