Domicil offers stationary services in care and support for senior women and men. With more than 20 locations and around 1,600 employees, Domicil is the number 1 in long-term care in the canton of Bern. Under the umbrella of Concara, we work together with Spitex Bern for integrated all-round care.The Domicil living space Belp includes the Dementia Competence Centre Oberried in a large park, the Galactina Park in close proximity to the station, and the Belp residential home in the most beautiful location above the roofs of Belp. Besides a mindful interaction with each other, the locations are characterised by a warm and open atmosphere.

Your tasks
With your commitment, you ensure that our residents and guests feel comfortable in a clean and well-maintained environment. You support our housekeeping team with maintenance, intermediate and basic cleaning, ensuring careful and hygienic execution of the work.
Another important part of your activity is service during meals in the dining room or in the residential group, as well as serving guests in the public restaurant.
You work independently and reliably, keep an overview even in lively situations and support your team colleagues where your help is needed. With your friendly and attentive manner, you contribute to a pleasant atmosphere and treat our residents with respect and appreciation.
Your profile
- Qualification as Hospitality-Housekeeping Specialist EFZ is an advantage
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Good oral and written German skills
- Efficient and careful working method
- Flexibility, willingness for regular weekend shifts
- Ability to set priorities
