Your Mission

• You keep the threads of the day structure together without getting tangled yourself.
• With trust, clarity and an open ear, you accompany and support the team leaders in activation and work pedagogy.
• As a member of the executive board, you actively contribute your ideas, knowledge and perspective to strategic development.
• You professionally support the activation and work pedagogy teams and strengthen them in their daily work.
• To ensure professionalism and appreciation remain more than buzzwords, you provide the right impulses and lead by good example.
• You take responsibility for the educational area of activation HF and work pedagogy BP and create learning spaces for development.
• You enthusiastically advance internal training, specialist events and the professional development of employees.
• You participate in innovation and development projects and get fresh ideas rolling.
• You anchor the values and attitude of the Sonnmatt residential and care home in everyday life while ensuring high quality in work pedagogical and activation therapeutic offerings.

Your Profile

• You bring a solid professional foundation from the social or activation therapeutic field at tertiary level.
• SVEB certificate present or willingness to obtain it? Yes!
• Leadership is more than a gut feeling for you: you have acquired the necessary know-how through further training in leadership, organisational development or a comparable qualification.
• You are at home in the social sector, psychiatry or gerontopsychiatry. Leadership experience? Even better.
• Developing people, recognising potential and confidently mastering difficult conversations? Exactly your thing. Your consulting, coaching and communication skills make the difference.
• Concepts don’t scare you – on the contrary: you enjoy questioning the existing, developing new things and actively shaping the overall operation.
• You combine heart, mind and foresight – and keep an overview even when many threads come together.
• People are at the centre for you. You identify with a value-oriented attitude and treat employees and residents with respect, appreciation and genuine interest.
• And yes: a healthy dose of humour, pragmatism and solution orientation should also be in your backpack.
