Certified Nursing Specialist with Additional Role as Vocational Trainer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this responsible role as a certified nursing specialist HF and vocational trainer, you will provide professional care for patients within a motivated and qualified team with a personal atmosphere. You will be responsible for the supervision, promotion, and guidance of students and new employees, ensuring a high quality of training. You will benefit from modern workspaces that support efficient and professional patient care. Responsibilities:
- You take daily responsibility and organise the residential area efficiently.
- In this role, you care for and support residents individually, holistically, and in an activating manner.
- You specifically promote the quality of life of the residents in everyday life.
- In this role, you ensure the nursing process is professionally managed using RAI.
- As a certified nursing specialist HF and vocational trainer, you accompany and support HF learners, FaGe, AGS, as well as interns in their training.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- At least 2 years of professional experience in nursing
- Completed SVEB 1 training or willingness to complete it
- High professional and social competence in dealing with patients
- Enjoyment in accompanying and promoting learners in practice
- Reliable, responsible, and independent working style
