Our client is an internationally active corporate group specialising in the development and manufacture of products in the areas of body care, beauty, health and nutrition. Responsibilities:
You ensure the correct financial representation of all business transactions and coordinate the periodic closings taking into account Swiss accounting standards and Swiss GAAP FER.
You take on the professional and personnel development of a team of three employees and create clear structures for efficient collaboration.
You carefully handle or review tax declarations and VAT issues; in the case of audits and official matters, you represent the finance department as the central contact person.
You manage SAP FI from a user perspective and work closely with IT to ensure that system processes, data quality, access rights and financial information function reliably.
From requirements gathering to implementation, you accompany cross-departmental finance projects. You manage deadlines, resources and risks and ensure thorough testing, data migrations and handovers to operations.
Qualifications:
A solid qualification in finance and accounting as well as several years of professional experience with independent responsibility for closings form your professional basis.
You are familiar with the requirements of Swiss accounting standards and Swiss GAAP FER from practice and are knowledgeable about taxes and VAT.
You are proficient in SAP FI. Additionally, you understand the connections with controlling and operational processes and work confidently with Excel.
You bring experience in staff management and managing complex finance projects.
Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile.
