- Project management of integrated full-funnel advertising campaigns across all channels from TV to social media as well as coordination of all internal and external MarCom measures along the customer journey from the creation of the communication concept to reporting.
- Ensuring that best practices, trends, and test & learns in the media area, especially in social media advertising, are incorporated into our overarching advertising and media strategy.
- Briefing, leading, and challenging creative and media agencies (in Zurich and Paris). Evaluation, further development, and monitoring of the appropriate media mix based on MMM results, campaign reports, and best practice cases.
- Contributing to the further development and implementation of the global media strategy.
- Ongoing marketing controlling based on strategic and operational KPIs.
- Ensuring a consistent appearance within the framework of corporate design / corporate identity.

Your Skills and Talents
- Extensive expert knowledge of media topics offline/online as well as a deep understanding of media agency processes and strategic as well as operational agency management.
- Several years of practical experience in planning and evaluating digital and traditional media channels (TV, DOOH, print, etc.) and in social media advertising (campaign strategy, handling common ad managers, setup, optimization, reporting).
- Confident appearance with skilled storytelling abilities and enjoyment of stakeholder management (internal and external).
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with pronounced persuasiveness, positive energy, and a can-do mentality.
- Performance-oriented mindset and affinity for numbers.
- Committed, assertive personality with lots of drive and initiative as well as the ability to work quality-conscious and priority-oriented even under time pressure.
- Business administration education or training (university / university of applied sciences) or comparable practice-oriented professional training,
- At least three years of experience in a media agency or in managing a media agency.
- You are an upbeat person and value good team spirit.
- Fluent in German and English, French/Italian is an advantage
