Do you like taking responsibility? Can you keep an overview even in chaotic situations? Do you enjoy working with different professional groups?As a Registered Nurse HF, you take on the professional and leadership responsibility for the individual care and support of clients. You provide care in complex situations and conduct demanding conversations. Furthermore, you coordinate assignments and manage nursing documentation. In the area of tension between clients, relatives, doctors, other involved parties, and Spitex employees, qualified nurses keep the threads together, ensure optimal information exchange, and make sure that clients can continue to live their lives in their familiar environment as independently as possible. All this requires a high degree of independence and flexibility.
Requirements:
• Completed vocational training EFZ, specialised middle school diploma or gymnasium Matura
• Passed aptitude assessment
