Do you like taking responsibility? Can you keep an overview even in chaotic situations? Do you enjoy working with different professional groups?

As a Registered Nurse HF, you take on the professional and leadership responsibility for the individual care and support of clients. You provide care in complex situations and conduct demanding conversations. Furthermore, you coordinate assignments and manage the nursing documentation. In the area of tension between clients, relatives, doctors, other involved parties, and Spitex employees, qualified nurses keep the threads together, ensure optimal information exchange, and make sure that clients can continue to live their lives in their familiar environment as independently as possible. All this requires a high degree of independence and flexibility.

Requirements:
• completed vocational training EFZ, specialised middle school diploma or gymnasium matriculation
• passed aptitude assessment

Demands:
• willingness to understand the thoughts, emotions, motives and feelings of others
• quick comprehension
• curiosity to understand people in their individuality and to care for them
• supporting clients and their relatives in coping with incurable illnesses
• enjoyment of teamwork
• flexibility: willingness to work irregular hours
