Operations Manager: Cleaning Services Bern 100 %

Here, you are called upon as an organisational talent and doer. You recognise priorities, are used to working independently, and act in a service-oriented manner. After thorough training, you will take responsibility for the operational management and organisation in your area.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring customer satisfaction | Focus on high-quality work execution and service orientation
• Supporting quality management | Collaboration with department management regarding quality, environmental protection, and occupational safety
• Team leadership | Leading and supporting the site managers
• Efficient work organisation | Assisting with work preparation, scheduling, and monitoring processes
• Complaint management | Immediate handling and follow-up of customer complaints
  
• Performance monitoring | Responsibility for compliance with agreed working hours at the sites
  

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Leadership experience | At least 2 years of experience in leadership positions
• Expertise in cleaning | Expertise in operations management of cleaning services and ideally initial experience in specialised cleaning
• Flexibility and resilience | Ability to act professionally in challenging situations
• Reliability and assertiveness |Competent and confident appearance
• Communication skills | Very good spoken German skills, foreign language skills are an advantage
  
• Impeccable reputation | Trustworthiness and an unblemished background
