For the opening of a second Therapeutic Residential School Group (TWSG) for young people, we are looking for

Social Pedagogues 80 - 90% from 1 August 2027

The TWSG offers an exciting field of work. You will work with young people who, due to complex cognitive and psychological challenges, require special expertise, strong relationships, creativity, and a lot of energy. For this, we seek people with personality, professional competence, and drive – established specialists as well as committed social pedagogues who want to take the next step with passion, courage, and willingness to learn.

Together with a dedicated interdisciplinary team from special education, social pedagogy, psychiatry, and psychology, you will develop suitable solutions and create a reliable framework for learning and development.

What do you bring? A positive attitude, ability to reflect, resilience, flexibility, and humour – and the willingness to engage with complex situations. A diploma from a university of applied sciences (FH) or higher vocational school (HF) in social work / social pedagogy and a willingness to continue your education are prerequisites.

You will create a high-quality, theory-based yet practical framework in which children and young people find support, development opportunities, and perspectives even in extraordinary life situations.
