PROJECT MANAGER WATER AND WASTEWATER ORIENTATION 80-100% (M/F/D) – LAUSANNE
YOUR TASKS:
- Lead and execute large-scale projects for the construction of water treatment plants for municipalities and industries, from concept to completion
- Monitor project costs, deadlines and quality
- Coordinate specialists (process, hydraulics, electromechanics, HVAC, EMCR, civil engineering, architect) during design, execution and/or realisation phases
- Create and review technical documents (plans, process diagrams, etc.)
- Prepare budget estimates
- Write reports and develop technical documents
- Manage public and private tender processes
- Supervise works, monitor construction sites, coordinate stakeholders
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, operators and partners
- Participate in acquisition tasks
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in environmental engineering, process/chemical engineering, civil or hydraulic engineering (EPFL / ETH or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a process/project/execution/realisation engineer
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary projects
- Be part of a dynamic team handling projects of all sizes, always prioritising the client and quality of work
- Cross-functional project vision and ideally familiar with SIA standards and VSA guidelines
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written, ideally with good knowledge of German
