What you will achieve

• You monitor the flow of goods on the highly automated system and ensure high system performance as well as timely readiness for tours
• In case of problems, you analyse the flow of goods and take necessary measures
• You carry out order loading, monitor it and escalate in case of problems
• You inform stakeholders about the situation in day-to-day business
• You are responsible for analysing and resolving system-related deviations as well as handling back office requests at the clearing area (inspection and correction station)
• In a committed team, you actively contribute to the implementation of optimisation processes

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Professional experience: 3 to 5 years in logistics
• You are familiar with a complex system landscape
• You have experience with warehouse management systems and possess solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You work analytically and process-oriented, think ahead and can communicate complex contexts clearly and understandably
• You are able to handle physical tasks, such as sorting or aligning pallets
• You have good communication skills and command the German language in spoken and written form
• You hold the SUVA forklift licence or are willing to obtain it
• You are willing to work in shifts: early, late & night shifts
• The position is limited until the end of 2027. Shift coverage from Monday to Saturday in a 24-hour operation (05:00 - 14:06 / 14:00 - 23:06 / 22:00 - 06:15). Seasonal assignments on Sundays as well
• German (B1)
