Health Specialist 40 - 80% with Vocational Training Responsibilities
Your tasks:
- Support and supervision of FaGe trainees.
- Co-responsibility for achieving learning objectives.
- Imparting professional skills, conducting competency assessments and carrying out evaluation and qualification discussions.
- Depending on workload, taking on client assignments in basic and treatment care, including demanding and complex situations.
- You hold a category B driving licence and have your own car.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
- Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it.
- Independent, resilient and proactive personality.
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
