Acceptance of individual and group reservations by telephoneSupport in monitoring booking channelsCreation of revenue reportsDeputising tasks for the Reservations & Revenue ManagerProcessing emails in German & English, creating offers via SerenataEntering reservations in the PMS ProtelCompletion of all tasks arising in reservationsEnsuring smooth running of early and late shiftsChecking requirements according to LQA and "Mistral" (ISO)Training of employees
