About the job

The Weinfelden Retirement Centre specialises in the care of senior women and men. In total, we have 109 places in the care sector and 20 retirement apartments, which can be supplied with in-house Spitex services if required. We also operate a hospice apartment and are certified in palliative care. Appreciation, empathy and professionalism for the well-being of our residents – passion for us in care and support.

For our night shift, we are looking for a

Health Specialist EFZ or Nurse FaSRK 30-40% from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement

Main tasks

• Ensuring high-quality care and support in changing situations for residents during the night
• Taking responsibility during the night
• Compliance with legal and operational hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ, Nurse FaSRK
• Ideally experience in long-term care
• Flexibility, resilience and initiative
• Openness, trust and appreciative interaction
• Enjoyment of the profession and a good sense of humour
• Motivation to train other people
• Adherence to processes and structures within a team
• Very high quality awareness
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
